Avi Grushka is an experienced leader in artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as the Senior Director of AI at Sisense since December 2023. Previously, Avi held the position of Research Group Lead at Pagaya, where responsibilities included managing teams and enhancing machine learning models for auto loan pricing. With a background as Director of Artificial Intelligence at Sparks AB, Avi contributed to the development of algorithms for algorithmic trading and expanded the data science department. Additional experiences include freelance work in algorithms development, Chief Data Scientist roles at Emelai and Humanix Data Realization, and a technology leadership position as CTO at Tema-jobinfo. Educational qualifications were obtained through Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where Avi also served as a tutor and lecturer.
