Joshua Mitten has a diverse work experience. Joshua started their career at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they worked as a Global Information Systems Networking Intern and later as a Client Services Intern. In these roles, they supported networking and telecomm equipment, administered network accounts, and provided technical support for personal workstations.

After that, Joshua joined FIS as a Programmer Analyst II. In this position, they were responsible for SAP Business Objects XI administration, creating and improving Web Intelligence reports, troubleshooting client connectivity issues, and providing technical support for Business Intelligence applications.

Following their time at FIS, Joshua moved on to Generali, where they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, they engaged directly with the business to build requirements and design solutions, including Lloyds and General Insurance Market reporting and ETL design experience. Joshua also chaired a Business Intelligence Forum to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Currently, Joshua is working at Sirius International as a Data Architect. Joshua'sresponsibilities in this role include designing and implementing data architectures and solutions.

Joshua Mitten obtained an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Information Systems Network Specialist from Nicolet College from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Joshua also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
