Katie Haught is a seasoned compensation analyst with extensive experience in human resources and compensation strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Assurant since July 2024, Katie previously held multiple roles at Compucom from November 2022 to July 2024, including Lead Compensation & HRIS Analyst. At ADTRAN, from August 2019 to November 2022, Katie managed significant projects to enhance job descriptions, developed compensation strategies, and acted as a key point of contact for domestic and international compensation. Earlier roles include Talent Analyst at McLane Company, Intern/Co-op Program Lead at Lockheed Martin, and various internship positions. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
