Hye Jin de Fraiture is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Special Projects Manager, Director of Learning and Development, and VP People & Culture at Sircle Collection since April 2017, Hye Jin has contributed to the growth of various creative hospitality brands across Europe. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Regional HR Manager at Europe Hotels Private Collection, Human Resources Manager at Park Hotel, and Human Resources Manager at Diagnosis4Health. Hye Jin began a career in human resources as an Intercedent/Account Manager at Tempo Team.
