Greg Hall has a strong background in procurement and purchasing, with experience in various roles. Greg is currently the Director of Procurement at Service Inspired Restaurants. Prior to that, they worked at MLSE as a Category Manager Food & Beverage / Receiving Manager, where they were responsible for product sourcing, market research, and executing procurement strategies. Greg also served as the Food and Beverage Purchasing and Receiving Manager, overseeing a large volume of purchases and managing dock operations. Before MLSE, Greg worked at Sysco as a Senior Produce Specialist, where they managed clients, collaborated with local farmers, and promoted produce through various channels. Greg also held roles as a Produce Manager and Produce Merchandiser at Sysco, where they focused on inventory management and procurement.

Greg Hall attended Niagara College from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Greg did not receive a degree in this field.
