Hugo Gonçalves is an accomplished hotelier with extensive experience in luxury hospitality management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Resort since February 2019, Hugo also holds the position of Resident Manager for Hotel Tivoli Marina since January 2017, overseeing a 5-star property and managing annual budgets and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Director of Rooms and Residential at Pine Cliffs a Luxury Collection Resort with Marriott International, where notable achievements included winning multiple World Travel Awards. Further experience encompasses director and managerial positions at Starwood Hotels, as well as leadership roles at Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort and Hotel Cristal Caldas da Rainha. Hugo holds an education from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra.
