Marc Eng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology procurement and management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Group Technology Procurement and Procurement Centre of Excellence at Singtel since March 2016. In this role, Marc Eng oversees strategic technology spending, transformation of procurement operations, and sustainable sourcing initiatives. Previous positions at Singtel include Head of Group Corporate and Network Procurement and Director of Group Network Procurement, demonstrating expertise in both corporate and network technology sourcing. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at DataSpark Pte Ltd and Globe Telecom, along with significant contributions to the development of regional payment solutions and IPTV services at Singtel. Marc Eng holds a First Class Honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
