Borisov Biser is an experienced Incident and Problem Manager currently working at CETIN Bulgaria since July 2020, overseeing the network and infrastructure operations for Telenor. Previous roles include Incident Problem Manager at Telenor from June 2014 to July 2020, where expertise in network incidents and IT & Telco processes was demonstrated. Borisov also served as Field Service Expert at Telenor, managing field operations for fiber optic and mobile networks.
