Joseph Leung has extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as Publisher for Sing Tao Newspaper San Francisco Ltd. and Sing Tao Newspaper Los Angeles Ltd. since May 2017. Leung has held several key positions, including Editor in Chief at Sing Tao Daily (SF) since April 2002, and News Director at Sing Tao Chinese Information Radio from March 1996 to March 2002. Leung began the career in journalism as a Reporter/Editor at Sing Tao Daily (SF) from April 1990 to March 1996. Joseph Leung earned a Bachelor's Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, completing studies from 1981 to 1985.
