Eva-Lotta Söderqvist is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Core HR Implementation Lead at Sinch since April 2024, Eva-Lotta has held significant positions including HR Consultant at ELSO AB since February 2017, Project Lead for Training Development at MTR Nordic Group, and interim HR roles at Microsoft. Previous experience includes developing HR practices at Cobra Biologics and managing HR functions at Ålandsbanken Adp and Crosskey Banking Solutions. Early in the career, roles at Dell AB and IBM focused on quality management and customer service project management. Eva-Lotta holds a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from Queen Margaret University.
