Ken Heintz is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in talent acquisition, breeding, and training. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist at Simpson since June 2022, Ken focuses on recruiting healthcare professionals for lifestyle communities in the Greater Philadelphia area. As the owner of Windy Meadow Danes since January 1992, Ken has bred Champion Great Danes while sharing expertise in genetics, mentoring fellow breeders, and providing veterinary assistance. Previously, in the role of Regional Employment Leader at Ratner Companies from February 1999 to June 2020, Ken was responsible for staffing and retention across 134 locations in PA, NJ, and DE. Ken also contributed as a Training Coordinator at Chi Chi's Mexican Restaurant from August 1993 to March 1999. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
