Sophie Portias is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Directrice Juridique Groupe at APEM since March 2012, with expertise in contract law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, banking law, labor law, and insurance. Prior to this role, Sophie held various legal positions including Responsable Juridique Groupe at URSA, Directrice Juridique Business Unit at URSA, and Responsable Juridique at RADIALL. Sophie began their career as a Juriste at a legal firm and has a solid educational foundation including an Executive Master in Legal Challenges and Leadership from Sciences Po and a DEA in Comparative Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, among other qualifications.
