Sophie Holloway-Horton's work experience begins in 2018 as a Waitress at Bluegrass BBQ Smokehouse, where they excelled in communication with the staff and provided excellent service to customers. In 2019, they joined Menzies Aviation as a Customer Services Agent, specifically trained for Air Canada check-in. Sophie adapted to new technologies and ensured passengers were properly checked in. From 2021 to 2022, Sophie worked as a Waitress at Patch on the Plaza, managing orders efficiently and providing a unique dining experience for customers. In 2022, they joined American Airlines as a Check-in Agent, where they enhanced the passenger experience, resolved technical issues, and made sales to passengers. Currently, Sophie is working as a Charter Sales Executive at Simply Jet.

Sophie Holloway-Horton attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2018 to 2021. Sophie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with First Class Honours in Airline and Airport Management.
