Neil Gallagher is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Turbine Engine Specialists since December 2019. Previously, Neil held the position of Vice President of Operations at Constant Aviation from June 2017 to December 2019 and served as President and Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance at Winner Aviation Corporation from October 2012 to December 2019. Neil's extensive experience in the aviation industry also includes a role as Director of Internal Services at Flight Options from March 2002 to April 2012, where responsibilities encompassed Maintenance Planning, Reliability and Engineering, as well as Paint and Refurbishments relating to aircraft engines and APUs. Neil earned an Associate’s Degree from the Community College of the Air Force between 1986 and 1988.
