Stephanie Klein RD, LDN, CDCES, CLT has over eight years of experience in the nutrition and health field. In 2011, they began their career as a WIC Volunteer at the Chester County Health Department. Stephanie Klein then became a Student Intern at ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center, where they assisted the Registered Dietitian with a weight management class and developed and taught a nutrition lesson to an adult weight watchers class. In 2012, they joined the N.O.R.T.H Philadelphia WIC Program as a Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Counselor, where they designed and performed nutrition assessments on women, children and infant clients. In 2014, they became a Registered Dietitian at Family Food, LLC, and also completed a Dietetic Internship at Priority Nutrition Care Distance Dietetic Internship. During their internship, they conducted patient nutrition assessments and implemented appropriate interventions in accordance to the nutrition care process. In 2015, they joined Kennedy Health as an Outpatient Dietitian and Diabetes Educator. Stephanie Klein then became the Clinical Manager of Diabetes & Nutrition Center at Jefferson Health New Jersey in 2018. In 2019, they joined Simplex Health as the Clinical Director of Diabetes and Director of Research & Development. At Simplex Health, they implement the functional medicine model into healthcare, corporate and personal health settings by administering nutrition protocols and behavioral therapies.
Stephanie Klein RD, LDN, CDCES, CLT has an extensive education history. Stephanie Klein obtained a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they completed a Dietetic Internship at Priority Nutrition Care. Prior to that, they attended King's College for a Physician Assistant program from 2008 to 2009. Stephanie also has many certifications, such as a Putting Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) into Practice Certificate from the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists obtained in August 2022, a Certified Pod Trainer (CPT)-Omnipod Insulin Pump from Insulet Corporation obtained in December 2017, a Certified Product Trainer (CPT) Insulin Pumps from Medtronic obtained in December 2017, a Certified Diabetes Educator from the NATIONAL CERTIFICATION BOARD FOR DIABETES EDUCATORS obtained in August 2017, a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist from the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing obtained in November 2014, a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained in September 2014, a CLC, Certified Lactation Counselor obtained in March 2013, a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics obtained in September 2014, an AADE Lifestyle Coach PreventT2 Lifestyle Change Program from the American Association of Diabetes Educators obtained in February 2018, and an Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross obtained in January 2013.
