Alan L. Wells PhD, MPH is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in public health and community medicine. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist at Community-Campus Partnerships for Health, Alan Wells manages initiatives and oversees NIH contracts, notably leading the COVID-19 RADx-UP effort. Previous roles include Associate Professor of Community Medicine at Mercer University School of Medicine, Director of Research at Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, and Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where Alan Wells developed courses and led collaborative research projects. Additionally, as a Senior Research Associate at the American Medical Association, Alan Wells focused on healthcare disparities affecting LGBT individuals.
