Steven Griffiths has over 40 years of work experience in the technology and services industry. Steven began their career in 1980 as a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 1997, they joined EDS / AT Kearney as a Vice President, and then moved to ATK in 1998 in the same role. In 2007, they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SDE MRO Express. In 2008, they held two roles simultaneously, serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Netlink and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fastnet RC. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Managing Director USA of Dragon Sourcing, and from 2013 to 2022, they were the Executive Vice President (EVP) Results and CSO of Xeeva. Steven is currently the Vice President at Simfoni.

Steven Griffiths received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech in 1975. Steven then attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned their Master of Science in Operations Research in 1978. In 1980, they graduated from Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration in General Management.
