Meghan Gagne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Meghan currently serves as the Head of Product at Silvertree since February 2022. Prior to this, Meghan worked at Bose Corporation for nearly a decade. Meghan held various positions at Bose, including Lead Product Manager in the Health Division from May 2021 to March 2022, Manager of Software Engineering Program Management in the Health Division from August 2019 to June 2021, and Software Engineering Program Manager in the Consumer Electronics division from December 2017 to August 2019, where they focused on new product development and delivery in the Wearables and Out-loud Audio division. Meghan also worked as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and PLM Business Systems Analyst during their tenure at Bose. Before joining Bose, Meghan worked as a Research Associate at UMass Medical School from June 2009 to August 2012. Overall, Meghan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, program management, and software engineering in both the consumer electronics and healthcare industries.

Meghan Gagne completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the College of the Holy Cross from 2005 to 2009. Meghan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business, attending from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic degrees, Meghan Gagne also holds certifications in Building and Leading Effective Teams from Columbia Business School, Leading and Managing Globally from Yale School of Management, and Scrum from Incrementor.
