Shantanu Pandey has a strong background in product analytics and business analysis, currently working at CRED since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shantanu served as a Business Analyst at Swiggy from June 2019 to November 2020 and at Meesho from November 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Data Scientist at Impact Analytics from April 2017 to October 2018, along with a Data Science internship at the same company. Shantanu also gained valuable experience as an intern at NTPC Limited in 2015. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering, completed in 2017, and has a foundational education from the School of Creative Learning and R.P.S. Residential School.
