Hassan Hassanpour's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Hassan currently works as an Applications Engineer at Silveray, where they analyze and characterizes direct X-ray conversion material and leads the OEM design-in effort for Industrial applications. Prior to that, they were a Data Science Intern at ImpactVest, where they identified valuable data sources, analyzed trends, proposed solutions for business challenges, and built predictive models. Hassan also worked as a Research and Development Biomechanics Test Engineer at DePuy Synthes from September 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, they have experience as a Support Worker at Mencap, an Interpreter at Prestige Network Ltd and British Red Cross, and a Client Support Worker at Boaz Trust. Hassan has also worked in customer service roles at the Museum of Science and Industry and as a Fundraiser at HOME Fundraising Ltd. Hassan started their career as a student at The University of Sheffield from September 2018 to September 2019.

Hassan Hassanpour completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomaterials from The University of Sheffield from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Materials Engineering from Islamic Azad University from 2009 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Hassan also obtained various certifications. In 2018, they completed the ASNT NDT Level II - Magnetic Particle Testing certification from TWI UK – Training and Examination Services. In 2020, they obtained the Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Hierarchy certification from Tec-Ease, Inc. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Introduction to Structured Problem Solving using Lean Sigma from IMechE Greater Manchester Young Members. In 2022, Hassan completed the Computer Science and Programming Using Python and Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Computer and Data Science Program certification also from MIT.
