Allison Bastiani is an experienced healthcare analyst currently serving as Analyst II in Clinical Integration & Informatics at Mass General Brigham Health Plan since August 2022. Prior to this role, Allison worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health for over six years, where involvement included leading initiatives for telemedicine during the pandemic and playing a key role in the implementation of the Epic EHR system for ambulatory physicians. Earlier experience includes positions as a Health Care Consultant at Drummond BioConsulting, Provider Account Representative at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan, and various roles in healthcare and finance, starting with a Custody Accountant II position at Investors Bank & Trust. Allison holds a Master's degree in Health Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
