Brock Walters has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Brock started their career as a Volunteer Representative at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they trained representatives on communication and teaching skills. Brock then worked as a Database Intern at the same organization.

After that, Brock joined Walters & Walters Farms as a Farm Hand, where they performed equipment maintenance and repairs on a large potato farm. Brock also operated farm equipment for planting and harvesting.

Brock then transitioned to Brigham Young University, where they worked as a Web Developer and later as a VBA Developer. In these roles, they implemented a universal search feature for the local office database and improved business processes, leading to increased employee efficiency.

Brock then joined KPMG as an Information Security Intern, where they built business cases and automated processes, contributing to efficiency and cost savings. Brock also reviewed proprietary encryption algorithms, potentially saving the company millions of dollars.

Following their internship, Brock worked at Workday as a Software Application Engineer III. In this role, they designed and reviewed application code to enhance the security of the Workday Financial product. Brock also led a multi-team feature release and was promoted to engineer III.

Currently, Brock is employed at Silver Star Communications. Brock started as a Senior Business Analyst, where they audited and rebuilt calculated charges to ensure compliance and usability. Brock also implemented an intranet and developed a mobile app, saving the company significant manual work hours. Brock then progressed to roles such as Information Systems Supervisor, Director of Network Operations, and currently serves as an Area VP for Open Access Markets.

Brock Walters completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a major in General Management Information Systems, from Brigham Young University in 2015.
