Varun Wadhwa joined Silver Lake in 2023 as an Operating Associate. Previously, he worked as a consultant in the TMT Enterprise Strategy Group at PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.), serving large corporate and private equity clients across the technology, media, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Varun graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelorā€™s degree in Economics.
