Ruso Svani has over a decade of experience in customer service and communication roles within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Service and Head of Customer Channels at Silknet since 2010, Ruso has previously held significant positions at United Telecom of Georgia as the Head of Call Center from 2008 to 2010. Ruso's earlier career includes serving as Deputy Director and Head of Marketing Communications at the Information Centre between 2004 and 2008.
