Vania Abrantes Coelho has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Customer Service & Technician Department Manager at SilentSoft SA since September 2020. Prior to this role, Vania was an Assistant in the marketing and sales department at the same company from January 2020 to July 2020.
