Shubham Aggarwal is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Silal since November 2022, with expertise in group financial consolidation, external audit management, shareholder reporting, and compliance with IFRS standards. Previously, Shubham held various roles at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) from August 2017 to November 2022, including Group Finance Controls and Compliance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the preparation of financial statements for listing purposes, automation of financial consolidation through Hyperion, and implementation of new IFRS standards. Other experience includes working as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Management Trainee at Cairn Oil and Gas, as well as holding multiple positions at EY, providing financial statements assurance services. Shubham holds an Associate's degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Additionally, Shubham has completed a refresher course on IFRS from PWC Academy UAE in May 2024.
