Hugo Romero Hinostroza is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as Jefe de Mantenimiento at Viru Group since March 2024. Previously, Hugo held the same position at Arca Continental Lindley from April 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included the organization of maintenance for assets, infrastructure, and automated warehouses, leading a multidisciplinary team of 60 individuals. Additionally, Hugo worked as a Maintenance Planner at Yanbal International from May 2015 to April 2017, focusing on planning and directing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities. Hugo's career began at QROMA as Encargado Técnico Mantenimiento from November 2010 to March 2015. In terms of education, Hugo obtained a degree in Facility Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2022, a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Privada del Norte in 2015, and completed various specializations at TECSUP and SENATI.
