Caitlin Sheppard has extensive experience in translation and accessible media, currently serving as the Translation and Accessible Media Lead at Sign Solutions since March 2019, overseeing sign language and accessible translation projects and editing videos for various sectors. Prior to that, Caitlin held multiple roles at Premium Linguistic Services, including Translation Lead & Booking Coordinator and Translation Project Manager, managing translation projects from initiation to completion. Caitlin's earlier experience includes teaching English language and UK culture to young French students as an Assistante de langue étrangère and mentoring students in reading and literacy skills at Reading Matters. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Translation Studies and French from Aston University and has completed A levels and GCSEs at North Halifax Grammar School and Beckfoot Oakbank, respectively.
