Justin Smith is currently serving as the Vice President, General Manager at Sigma Engineered Solutions since April 2020. In the past, Justin held various roles at Carlton Forge Works from August 2016 to April 2020, including Director of Sales, Inside Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, Justin worked at American Handforge from September 2010 to September 2016 as the Sales & Estimating Manager and Production Manager. Justin completed the Commercial Development Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2016.
