Amy James is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the IT consulting and service sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sigital since April 2018, Amy has focused on maximizing the value of the ServiceNow Platform for clients. Previous roles include Account Manager at Compuware, where Amy exceeded a $2MM sales goal in the government sector, and Sarcom, Inc., where Amy closed up to $200K in software licenses. As Branch Manager at Consultech, Amy led the branch to become the top performer in sales while overseeing all aspects of operations. Amy began their career as a Marketing Software Specialist at CAI Software, LLC, and as a Client Service Representative at Computer Assistance, where exceptional sales performance was demonstrated. Amy holds a degree from The Ohio State University, earned from 1990 to 1994.
