Michael Marrow has extensive experience in project management and client support within human resources and benefits. Currently serving as a Client Project Analyst at Berkshire since March 2020, Michael previously held various roles at ADP from April 2004 to June 2019, including Project Service Specialist, Client Support Specialist, Implementation Consultant, and Benefits Service Specialist. These positions involved assisting clients with complex HR projects, resolving product-related issues, and managing software implementations. Earlier in Michael's career, as Operations/Office Manager at LEGACY UNLIMITED, LLC, responsibilities included coordinating office workflows and developing internship programs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Towson University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
