Adam Bismut has a diverse work experience that showcases their leadership and entrepreneurship skills. Adam is currently the CEO and Founder of SIGHTBIT, where they envision and defines the company's vision, develops strategies, and promotes staff creativity. Additionally, Adam is a University Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they teach classes on harnessing technology for societal problem-solving. Adam also works as an Entrepreneurship Lecturer and Consultant at Worklab Ventures, providing guidance and insights on entrepreneurship. Prior to these roles, Adam worked as a self-employed lecturer on entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as a Leadership and Entrepreneurship Incubator Manager at Desert Stars. Adam also founded and managed a Scouts tribe, showcasing their ability to build and lead initiatives from scratch.

Adam Bismut began their education in 2015 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Adam completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.
