Teemu Paajanen is an experienced engineering and product management professional with a strong background in leading product development teams. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Sievo since September 2022, Teemu is responsible for building and managing a product development team while supporting product owners and stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at Naveo Commerce, where leadership included overseeing the Connected Commerce Platform backlog, and Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Solinor Oy, focusing on digital services and fintech solutions. Teemu's earlier career involved various project management roles at Sulake, Akumiitti Oy, Lionbridge, and Trantex, with a solid foundation in technical localization and customer engagement. Teemu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, supplemented by a college degree in Mathematics.
