Dean Chappell is an experienced program and project manager currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation since July 2016, having progressed through various program management roles within the company. Prior to this, Dean worked at Scientific Games and Bally Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the development of Video Lottery Terminal markets and overseeing multiple high-level gaming projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Delex Systems, Inc. as a Subject Matter Expert/System Analyst and as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Dean holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Dean earned a Private Pilot's license and a Commercial Pilot certificate from the Spartan School of Aeronautics.
