John Funicello is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at Sierra Lobo Inc since March 2014, John specializes in the design of Ground Support Equipment for NASA's Orion Space vehicle. Previous roles include mechanical design positions at Lockheed Martin, DRS Technologies, and L-3 Communications, where John contributed to developing underwater vehicles, night vision scopes, and armored vehicle mechanisms. John has held both secret and top-secret clearances during a career that began in 1992, which also includes significant contributions to projects involving robotics and commercial mowing equipment.
