Cynthia Kiefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the healthcare and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at ProWellness Academy since May 2018, Cynthia focuses on collaborative care in Opiate Counseling Treatment Programs. Concurrently, Cynthia engages with the State of California as a MAT Access Point Grant Partner and has been involved with Sierra Health Foundation since July 2019, directing efforts towards Medication Assisted Treatment projects in California. Prior to their healthcare roles, Cynthia was the President and CEO of Kiefer and Partners Real Estate Company for 14 years, where responsibilities included business development and managing a team of realtors. Cynthia's prior experience also includes positions at Marcus & Millichap and Coast Federal Bank, along with a strong educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Clinical Psychology from UCLA and Pepperdine University.
