Santosh Bompally, also known as Boms, has a diverse range of work experience. Santosh currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Sierra Cloud since February 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as an architect at Resource Optimizer, a Salesforce solution that helps small and medium businesses manage their workforce efficiently, starting from April 2020. Boms is also an angel investor at Murtle.IN, starting from March 2020. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Salesforce Architect at Serco from August 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they held technical lead and senior Salesforce developer roles at Wipro from July 2013 to August 2018.
