Emmanuel BRETON is an experienced professional in the field of social and educational services, currently serving as the Director of the Association TEMPO since June 2023. TEMPO functions as a space for psychological support, parental assistance, and child protection, facilitating parent-child encounters and providing psychological expertise within judicial contexts. Emmanuel has been a jury member for the State Diploma of Specialized Educator at SIEC - Maison des Examens since January 2010. Previous roles include Director of the Educational Home - LA PASSERELLE and Director of the Emergency Reception Service - SAU78 at AVVEJ from January 2002 to February 2023. Emmanuel holds multiple degrees, including a Master 2 in Intervention and Practice Analysis from Université Paris Nanterre, a University Diploma focused on Difficult Adolescents from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and a Master's degree in Social Policies from Université Paris 13, among others.
