Ashna Bakshi is a Counselling Psychologist currently working at Shridhar Lifeschool since March 2023 and previously freelanced at jumpingMinds from December 2022 to February 2023. Ashna has also served as a Mental Health Professional at being from August 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included guiding users through emotional issues and tracking data for insights. Previous internships include roles at Mindscape Centre for Counselling, Psychoshiksha, Fortis Healthcare, Shanti Mukand Hospital, and Jain Hospital, focusing on content creation, clinical examinations, psychotherapies, and practical experience with clients. Ashna holds an MA in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia (2020-2022) and a BA in Applied Psychology from Vivekananda College, Delhi University (2017-2020).
