Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Since January 2016, Mariana Aguirre has also worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, serving as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and working as a university lecturer in nutritional mathematics and the history of food between August 2016 and August 2017. Education includes a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
