Indu Kondal started their work experience in 2002 at BILT, where they worked as an Executive until 2004. In 2007, they joined Infozech Software Pvt. Ltd as a Manager-Human Capital and their tenure at the company is ongoing.

Indu Kondal completed their education in a chronological manner. Indu first attended Air Force Sr. Secondary School in Delhi Cantt, where they pursued a degree in Commerce. The start and end years for this education are unspecified. Later on, Indu attended Pondicherry University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) with a specialization in HR. Indu'seducational journey continued when they enrolled in IIM Lucknow in 2014 and completed an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management.
