Savannah Hale, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Shoreline Church since August 2023 and as the Director of People Operations at Trax Contracting Group LLC since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Administrative Officer at the Department of Defense Education Activity from August 2020 to December 2021, Human Resources Specialist at Heavy Hammer, Inc. from November 2019 to March 2020, and Operations Manager at Cowan Systems, LLC from August 2019 to November 2019. Savannah also held the position of Branch Coordinator at ORNL Federal Credit Union from September 2017 to May 2019 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Atlantic Coast Trucking Inc. from January 2017 to August 2017. Savannah holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, complemented by studies at Centro de Estudios Lope de Vega.
