Nitesh Jagnani has over a decade of experience in customer service and human resources, currently serving as Head of Customer Service, Human Resource, and Planning & Buying at Bonkers.corner since June 2021. Prior to this, Nitesh held the position of Senior Executive at Capita India from October 2019 to May 2021 and at Sutherland Global Services Ltd from August 2013 to September 2019. Nitesh began the career as a Customer Service Representative at EOSGlobe from August 2012 to August 2013. Nitesh earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, completing the program in March 2015, and also attended Smt Chandibai Himathmal Mansukhani College and Pet Oxford High School.
