Bailey Bathalter is an Analyst in Asset Management at ShopCore Properties since April 2023, following an investment analyst role at Eagle Realty Group from February 2021 to April 2023, where additional responsibilities included a position as a Mortgage Loan Investments Intern. Prior experience includes a Leasing Intern position at Phillips Edison & Company from January 2019 to February 2021 and a Real Estate Intern role at Luxottica during the summer of 2019. Bailey Bathalter earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in May 2021.
