Jessica G. has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica worked at Ewald Consulting from 2008 to the present, starting as a Customer Service Manager and later becoming an Operations Manager and Communications Technology Specialist. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Director of Certification and Data Strategy. Prior to that, they worked at OEI as an Account Assistant from 2006 to 2008, and at Greater Twin Cities United Way as a Remittance Specialist in 2005. Jessica began their career at Watkins & Shepard Trucking Company as a Customer Service Manager from 2002 to 2005.
