Jonathan Mucha is an experienced professional in solutions engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering at Shippo since May 2021. Former roles include Solutions Engineering Manager and Solutions Engineer at Shippo, as well as Solutions Engineer at Callsign and NS8 Inc., where key contributions involved closing major accounts and supporting high-profile partnerships. Jonathan co-founded Revel Woods, where efforts included designing and launching the platform. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Installers Warehouse, notably decreasing carrying costs through an inventory control ETL pipeline. Jonathan holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Physics from SUNY Geneseo, completed in 2007.
