Jui Phimmafai currently serves as the Customer Success Director at Shippeo, having joined in January 2023 after holding the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. With a strong background in supply chain and project management, Jui previously worked as a Supply Chain and Project Management Consultant at Meotec from November 2016 to February 2023, leading projects for notable clients such as GE Healthcare and Stellantis. Earlier experiences include roles at L'Oréal as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Nexus Automotive International as an Asia-Pacific Project Manager, and Aftermarket Expansion as an International Commercial Assistant. Jui began a career in logistics with an apprenticeship at Rhenus Logistics. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from ESCP Business School and a French-German Double Degree from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
