Adina Mihaela Porfire is an experienced office manager with a diverse background in administrative and project management roles. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Shippeo since September 2022, Adina coordinates onboarding and offboarding tasks with the HR team, manages general office services, and supports employee needs in travel and events. Prior to this, Adina held the office manager position at CAST from September 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included welcoming guests, providing support to the CEO and HR, and assisting with travel arrangements. Adina's earlier experience encompasses roles in project management at Mellon Technologies and Advance Payment Solutions Ro, where responsibilities included customer service coordination and training, as well as client advisory at Raiffeisen Bank Romania. Adina holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Université Constantin Brancoveanu and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Université de Droit Simion Barnutiu.
