Taís Fernandez Alonso has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Taís started their career at MM Company in 2004, working as an Opradora de Telemarketing from February to June before transitioning to the role of Instrutora de Inglês Jr. from June 2004 to May 2005. Taís then joined STICM in May 2005 as an Analista Administrativo and worked there until May 2016.

In 2016, Taís joined Braincube as an Administrative Assistant, a role they held until January 2021. In February 2021, they were promoted to the position of Finance, Administration, and HR leader at the same company. Taís is currently in this role and their employment is ongoing.

Taís Fernandez Alonso's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio (CEUNSP) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Taís completed this program in 2009. In 2012, they continued their education at CEUNSP by enrolling in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus on Strategic People Management. Taís successfully completed this program in 2014.

In 2015, Taís attended Pro Flight Escola de Aviação, where they obtained the necessary training to become a Flight Attendant (Comissária de Vôo). Along with their certification, they also acquired additional qualifications during this time, including First Aid, CPR & DEA training and training on Aviation Offenses.

Overall, their education has focused on business administration and strategic people management, but they also pursued specialized training to become a flight attendant.
