Ki-Young Justin Jung is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the General Manager in the Corporate Finance Division within Investment Banking Division at SHINYOUNG SECURITIES since September 2009. Ki-Young has extensive experience in conducting due diligence for Initial Public Offerings, successfully bringing three small and medium-sized companies to KOSDAQ, and setting up a Special Purpose Acquisition Company with a $42 million market capitalization. Additionally, Ki-Young has managed overseas dual-listing projects and participated in Pre-IPO investments, particularly in the IT sector. Previously, Ki-Young completed an MBA in Finance at IESE Business School and served as a Summer Associate at BBVA, where contributions included launching a personal finance management service. Ki-Young began a career at Doosan Corporation as an Assistant Manager in the Strategic Planning Team, overseeing financial data across multiple business units. Education includes a B.A. in Economics from Yonsei University.
